Joe exercises twice each day, six days per week, beginning the day with light cardio before eating any breakfast. Joe stood a lots of work to do to build muscle & lose weight to have from 18% body fat to 8%. Joe fled from processed food which include chocolates, sweets and poker chips. Also, he fled grains and starchy carbohydrates to maintain him in fat loss mode each day as carbohydrates are very well shown to cause insulin to spike which puts you kept in storage mode.
